PiYO, a mixture of Pilates and Yoga, gives you hard core definition, intense calorie burn, and all over strength,
without weights, without jumps and without destroying the body. Deaneen Merritt instructs the class.

WALK 15 LIVE® Southland
Get your aerobic/walk on indoors at a pace that will give you 2 miles in 30 mins! The Walk 15 Live® Southland
 class works your entire body, as well as increases your heart rate significantly to help build a stronger HEART,
 increase BRAIN activity and boost your IMMUNE SYSTEM and MORE! Come out and join Stephanie Effort
for a Walk 15 experience.

This is Leslie Sansone’s group setting for indoor walk aerobics featuring traditional music at the 6:30 pm session
and upbeat gospel music at the 7:00 pm session. Stephanie Effort instructs the class. No class July 4.
Registration deadline is the first day of class for each session. After the registration deadline, only walk-ins
will be accepted.

Register for 2 classes in the same week and receive a $10 discount. To receive the discount you must
register in-person or over the phone with a credit card.

iBang CardIo Fitness Drumming
Come and rock out your workout with iBang Cardio FitnessDrumming. Join this lively exercise class that
utilizes dance moves and cardiointervals with the fun of drumming. This workout is a 45 minute series.
You canburn between 600-900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt muscles and drumyour way to
a leaner, slimmer you, all while rocking out to great music.Michelle Davis instructs the class.

Class size is limited so reserve your spot today! Registerfor multiple classes in the same week and receive
a discount. Register for 2classes a week for $40 or 3 classes a week for $60. To receive the discount you
